This is for skins, and i am not sure if it will work with the medBod but might be worth a try? Open the skin in skininator and then select the option 'default replacement' located on the top-right. Then on the 'File' menu select 'compact save'. Edit: That method is not working (As suspected) Maybe it is possible to use a method like this? Ding Ding Ding! A very small update for MedBod is coming (specifically the UV for the bottom) and I made some experiments cloning meshes IDs, sooooo, I'll follow this guide and if everything goes alright I'll upload a default replacement on the weekend.
